Choose collection
At checkout, customers pick collection instead of delivery.
Pick a time
"As soon as possible" or a time slot later today, based on your opening hours.
Walk in and collect
Their phone shows the order number and tells them when it's ready.
In your kitchen
- Each order shows ASAP or the time it's wanted for
- Customers see your usual prep time, for example about 20 minutes
- Busy night? Add 10 to 60 minutes to wait times with one tap
- Tap Ready and the customer's phone updates straight away
- No minimum spend for collection unless you want one
Good to know

- Time slots are for the same day. Ordering days in advance is coming later.
- Collection orders have no delivery fee.
