About card fees
Every card payment has a small processing fee, including on the delivery apps, where it comes on top of their commission. With Kitchio you pay Stripe directly at their own rates: 1.5% + 20p for a normal UK card, which is 58p on a £25 order. Premium and foreign cards cost a little more. We add nothing on top.

Pricing questions
Is anything added to the £35?
No. The only other cost is Stripe's card fee on each payment, which you'd pay with any card machine or website.
Do I pay more when I get busier?
Our fee stays £35 however many orders you take. Only Stripe's per-payment fee grows with your sales.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We build your site, type in your menu and set up your QR codes at no extra cost.
What if I have two restaurants?
It's £35 a month for each one. Get in touch and we'll talk it through.
How do I cancel?
Email us. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee.
